Joe Cali

Joe removed the old flooring which was disintegrating due to the poor installation that had been done.  He measured the floor and determined the amount of flooring required for the job.    He went to the store and picked out the the hardwood laminate to be installed and brought it to my house.  He had the proper tools for the job and did a very good job of installation.  I was very pleased and paid him immediately. 
Later, I noticed a gap between the flooring and the carpet in the next room when I hurt my foot by stepping on the crack.  I called Joe and reported the problem to him and he told me it was an easy fix and he would come by the next day to take care of it.  He did not come.  I called and left messages several times with no return calls.  Finally I got through to him and he told me he would be by the next day to take care of it.  He did not come.  I repeated this process of calling, leaving messages, calling, getting through to him and being told he would come by and fix it without him showing up or returning my calls several times.  Finally I was calling leaving messages and getting no response nor return calls.  After several months at last I gave up and hired someone else to finish the job.
