No one mentioned that the installers did not speak English. I could not communicate with them and it made the entire encounter go badly. They were to install batting insulation around my attic stairs so that I could continue to store 10-12 small boxes near the stairs. They problem is that there were boards laid around the stairway to provide a surface for the boxes that were there. They showed up 3 hours early. I asked them to wait until I could move the boards, or get someone to move them so that the insulation could be installed between the rafters as I expected; they laid the batting on top of the boards. Now my storage is gone altogether. I am not happy with the quality of the installation at all. I would call one of the companies in Ft. Myers on the FP&L list, not Ideal Insulation.
