Our first contact was probably December 2013 and they were very friendly providers, we had a lot of material to go through and if we saw anything interesting we were to contact them and we did that. We had another place come and give us an estimate but we went with Griffis. We liked their price and we were just more impressed with the person who came out to do the estimate. He was more knowledgeable and we made our selection of the type of logs in our fireplace. They came out and took the measurements to make sure the logs would fit our existing fireplace and they gave us a date they would come out and put them in.
