Goodyear Auto Service Center

I am going to Goodyear for the past 3 -4 years. Their service was good, great and I would highly recommend them to other people.

I have taken my work vehicle to them for years. Even small things like getting air in the tires. The manger comes out and greets me. They even offered to share their pizza with me before. The Goodyear in Kendal is great. The manager is excellent

We received a call from the service technician. Who said we needed the tires aligned for $60 or 3 years deal for $150. They were speaking with my wife who relayed my answer of no thank you. Then he said she would be risking extensive wear and tear on the tires if she did not get the service. She handed me the phone and I told him we were not experiencing any problems prior to bringing the car in and we did not want the service. He did not argue and hung up.

This kind of and quot;auto repair rapeand quot; occurs far to ofter. Providers that encourage this should be black listed. Further more when my wife and I went to pay the bill I had asked him if they had filled the tires to the correct presser. They said they had. I asked if they used nitrogen ( I have green caps that indicates only use nitrogen). They said no they used regular air and said that nitrogen was a scan. It will cost me $25 to drain the tires and fill with nitrogen because of their ignorance. This establishment is not woman friendly and should be avoided.
