A genuine nice guy who is professional and knowledgeable. He is responsive to my call each of three times for different issues. Does his homework to find out just what is not working. And finds creative solutions when needed.

Went great, same day service, quick, quiet, professional, and totally satisfied. I would recommend to anyone.

A sprinkler pump I purchased last year housing cracked badly due to the freeze we had. It was made of a polycomposite material. I decided to go back to a metal made pump. Gene installed and replaced the pump and all the PVC using a new sta-rite pump. This is the same type pump that has been working at my rental house for 9 years now. I should have not tried to save a few dollars with the other pump when I replaced it last year, it ended up costing me more. Gene did an awesome job!

Rental Tenant called saying the sprinkler system quit working. I went out and could not get the sprinkler system to engage. I called Gene and he said he would be able to check it out later in the day. I went home and later in the day he told me he'd found a loose wire in the back of the rain bird and was able to reattach it and charged me nothing.

Gene came on a Saturday evening within 45 minutes of the call. He was on another job in Navarre and came as soon as he was finished at that job. Did not charge extra for the last minute Saturday night call.

Went very well, Mr. Childs went to Lowes and ordered the all the material needed on a contractor order form. I then went in an used my Lowes credit card with 18 months no interest. Mr. Childs then charged me $124.00 for his labor. He did a fantastic job at an incredibly low price.
