Eric is a great handyman. We've had very bad experiences with handymen in the past. Eric shows up for work as promised, he's task oriented and does not require supervision. When he completes one task he moves on to the next. Eric is not chatty, he works. The quality of his work is exceptional. He told me that he likes to work on used homes because he likes to see the difference he's made.
The first time our realtor looked at our home, she entered the livingroom and said, "the fireplace is beautiful." The fireplace before was tired and dull; the after, bright and shiny.
Eric exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond the scope of work. The best example, we hired him to install closet doors. When they didn't fit, our error, he trimmed them and made them work. When trimmed some of the paint came off the doors, he painted them - all of that, no extra charge.
BTW - we reimbursed him the $10.00 and paid him an extra $50.
