Earthmark Hardscaping

I had used Randy Rodarmer of Earthmark Hardscapes before and was very pleased with the results. The pavers turn color (dirt) slowly so it's sometimes hard to recognize a difference but when I started having weeds growing up between the pavers I knew I needed to call Randy back out. It had been about 4 years since his last visit. I wish I'd taken before and after pictures because the difference was unbelievable. It took the darker pavers I'd gotten use to and changed them back to the color and condition I remembered purchasing. I believe Randy's reputation is preceding him as I had an almost 2 week wait to get him here (this is his busiest time of year). He arrived on time and proceeded to remove all furniture, grill etc from the patio area then began to clean the pool screen. Immediately after that he pressured washed the pavers and then run some sort of buffer/cleaner machine back and forth over the pavers. He set up fans in the shaded areas to help them dry but the pavers in the sun were like night and day from what they were before. After all was dry he re-sanded the pavers and then applied a sealant so the sand would not just wash away. Randy is very consciences working to please all his customers and he does a great job at it. You'd have to look at my patio to appreciate the differance he was able to make in the appearance of my pool area. When he was done and all was dry he replaced all the furniture back and everything out there looked new. You will not go wrong using Randy for this type of work. I don't know how you could do any better. I will continue to use him no matter how long it takes to get on his schedule as the wait is worth knowing the kind of job that is going to be done.

For the past several weeks, I have called this company on numerous
occasions and left messages for them to call me to schedule a job. I
did one return phone call, but was not at home, but Randy said he would
call back later that day and try to stop by with an estimate. He never
called back and never stopped by. Very poor service and very
unprofessional.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY POWER WASHED EVERYTHING ON AND AROUND MY SWIMMING POOL. REMOVED OLD SAND AND DEBRIS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. MY PAVERS LOOK LIKE THEY DID WHEN THEY WERE INSTALLED 4 YEARS AGO. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

They came out. They weren't the cheapest out of the three that I looked at, but they were recommended very highly by a friend. They suggested some things I hadn't thought about, and so I went with them, and they turned out to be pretty good. They did a good job. It took a few days for them to come back to put the finishing touches on the work. Part of this was due to rain, but they still could have come back a little bit sooner.
