General Remodeling, Handyman Service
This project started on 1/25/2014. Today is 2/20/2014 and the internal home repairs are 1/2 way and even that is bad workmanship.
He promised to have all ready by 2/13/2014.
The parking area has not started yet. Hector is a person that will promise you the world, with extras but it is a con artist. He will NOT deliver on anything. By the way his own workers told me one night that they are always fixing Hector's screw ups. His helpers get complaints from the customers about Hector's non response and poor work.
I have reported this companies to the better business bureau as well as the General contractors license bureau.
I am not able to live in my home yet, because there is NOT one room ready to live in. All are under construction still.
It is very unfortunate that this industry has such a bad reputation.
This company and Hector F Sanchez is not to be trusted. He does not know what he is doing. I am here with the helpers and Hector just called them to go to another job knowing that this house is still in shambles. He will tell you he has many, many workers all professionals in plumbing, electrical, tile etc. That is a lie. It is only a total of 3. Hector and his two laborers. That is it. Hector commits to various jobs and finishes none. My neighbor also used him and she informed me he has not finished the job. I found this out after the fact.
When asked and confronted about all this, I almost had to call the cops as he got in my face and used profanity, letting me know that he will not finish and that I did not know how bad he can be. He was very threatning.
I will pursue this within all the avenues available, and this person's license should be revoked.
I will be moving forward within the court system to ask for money back as even what has been done, has been done wrong and now I have a home that is not to my satisfaction but have to keep as is because I cannot afford to have a new contractor start over.
I have lost money, time, patience, even almost had to go to the hospital due to the arguing with this unethical, unprofessional person.
I have pictures, contract, e-mail and text from this person that support the issues mentioned above.
