Description of Work: I had paid Direct TV for the installation and that was $28.34. When the Tech. came to make the install he wanted additional installation fee of $50.00. Direct TV stated that the fee was to be $28.34. The tech that came to my home and wanted $50.00 more was extorting money for him self. I refused the service and the tech shut my internet down and I can not get it to work. I have called direct and they want to charge a price to fix my internet and don't care what or how it was broken. What to do?
