Design Tech Services

My garage ceiling was damaged by a couple of different roof leaks.  Some of the popcorn finish had fallen off and in several places the drywall tape had come loose.  The ceiling was badly stained across about 50% of the surface.  Bob's company, Design Tech Services, Inc.  was referred to me by the roofing contractor that repaired the leaks (Lyons Roofing).  Bob came out and estimated the work in person.  He came out a few days later and repaired the ceiling.  Then he returned a week later to apply a finish coat of paint.  The finished product looks exceptional.  Bob's price was fair and he definitely earned his money.  It was a tough, hot, nasty job.
I only have one minor negative comment.  Bob could have done a better job of protecting the contents of the garage from overspray and he could have done a better job of cleanup.  If I used Bob again, I would insist on a little more attention to detail in those areas.
Overall though, I am very happy.  The price was fair and quality of the work is excellent.
