Derek Allen Lawn Service

He comes once a month. He even deals with my neighbor who is crazy, I'm talking about crazy. He is a good guy with him. I would use bad words with him but he don't: he's a good guy. It's a half an acre and I pay him $50. I would use him every time because he is trustworthy too.

Lawn service was provided over a few years for a monthly cost. Service was satisfactory, nothing special. Then, a bill was received stating that an extra payment was due for a longer month, effectively changing the terms of service. When I paid the bill, I indicated at the bottom that I did not understand the change. I received no response and that extra weekend went by with no service.
Then, two weeks later, on the regular service date, it rained. I gave 4 extra days before contacting him. He stated that he didn't think I wanted him to return since he asked for the extra money. Then he proceeded to state that my property was the one he charged the least for and I could find someone else to do it. My property is very small and it is quite obvious that he wanted to start charging more but instead of following good business practices, he just quit. Now my lawn is out of control and I will have to hire someone to clean his mess. Beware.
