- My husband and I have been using Dave's services for our current home, future home and business. He is professional, punctual and honest!
*prep, prime, painting interior one bedroom
*installed threshold and regrout
May 2013 Services:
*prep, prime painting interior two bedrooms
*replaced screen bedroom window
*cleaned dryer vent/tube
June 2013 Services:
*removed old and installed new baby crown molding in living/kitchen area (darn parrot))
*installed acrylic plate outside porch enclosure to protect from future parrot destruction
*removed and installed new kitchen cabinet floor that was dilapidated
*pressure washed and painted exterior home
August 2013:
*patch, prep, prime and painted 1/1 apartment rental
*cleaned floors, windows, closet shelving, light & globes (smoke odor damage)
*tested oven, dishwasher, A/C and disposal
We will continue services with Dave in our future home, too.
