Connie was the listing agent for a home my son-in-law found on-line. He and my daughter were moving to Florida and in search of a home. I currently live in The Villages, so was going out to view homes they were interested in. Although Connie was the listing agent, she treated us with honesty and integrity as potential buyers. I have had (unfortunately) several bad experiences with realtors over the years. Connie was a breath of fresh air. She worked very hard for both the seller and us as buyers to reach a deal. She was on time, followed through and was overall very dependable and conscientious in all her dealings. She worked with us to get inspections and information, recommended potential contractors and services without any pressure. We found the contractors she recommended both reasonable in price and also reliable. I felt very secure working towards the home purchase with Connie in our corner. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone interested in selling or buying a home.
