We hired keith to replace an old pull out door in our attic and install some closet doors as well as to replace a staiway railing for us.  The work was sloppy and the materials used were subpar.  We provided pictures of what we wanted for a stair railing and the raling didn't look anything like what we asked him to do for us.  He actually used outdoor deck material for an indoor staircase.  He also told us that everything would be painted and ready to go and he never painted or primed.  Because of the poor materials he used, my husband spent days sanding the wood and trying to use filler to get it smoothed out, but it still looks terrible.  The railing is crooked and my huband had to tear off the trim he did around the closet doors and redo it himself becuase it was visablly crooked to the eye.  Although he showed up when he said he would and he finished the job quickly, his workmanship was extremely poor and I would not reccomend him to anyone else.
