I've called customer service with no help at all. The man on the phone instructed me to do some crazy, useless stuff, (e.g. move my desktop computer to a different room to see if the internet worked better). I will be doing my business elsewhere

We've been using ClearWire for five years and we don't have any problems with it. The first problems that did come up is their email system is difficult. It's difficult to change from one email to another. Other than that, it's been a very good service. We've tried other services, but we ended up staying with ClearWire. Their prices are reasonable and we're happy with the service.
