Chris Ponsot, Handyman

Chris was excellent. He came prior to job to access the job, give price and when he could start.  Agreed on weekend since he works during the week for our HOA.  Removed shoes upon entering home, used drop cloths before starting work.  Taped off and covered recently installed mirror trim, countertops and faucets.   He removed all ceramic items from walls, installed new sheet rock where holes were left from removal, applied drywall spray paint to match current drywall texture.  He cleaned up after himself vacuuming and was very through. He is licensed, insured, reliable, honest andhas very reasonable rates.   He is  AC&E General Carpentry, LLC.  I did the painting myself.  Finished the job in two afternoons.  Chris is a very polite and professional young man.
