FRAUDULENT COMPANY Electric issue $4 part 2" PVC male adapter I bought to fix but they sent a Electrician Without any knowledge how to turn power off But he charged me $75 plus tax? Just To tell me he can't fix it. After choice, sent the electrician prior that never showed up billed me $75 over phone to have choice tell me he canceled service contract with choice. After Waited almost a month and a 1/2. To then have choice tell me my clame has been denied They're good at taking your money They take advantage of senior Citizens Totally disgusted make all my premiums on time. But when you need their help, you're denied. This company does not have your back they have only your wallet Avoid this company run away why you have a chance

What a scam. We have 2 home s with choice. The claim is our first one with choice and has been going on for 8 months. The Claims person/Manager Victoria James Case Manager | Choice Home Warranty offered us an embarrassing settlement after the final repair person came out to let them know that the previous repair person screwed up our cooktop circuits. She was uncaring and condescending in her tone! What kind of people are working for choice( They Lie, lie. Lie!!!) We are cancelling both home contracts because this company is an insult to the average consumer!! We were offered 371.00 dollars for a yearlong problem (we have a Wolf cook top that originally cost over 4K ( I understand they don't match brands, but 371 dollars for months and months of repair people, lies and not being able to cook is really an insult!

Stay away from this company. I have been with them for over a year and can tell you from experience that while you do save money you go through h*** getting a repair done. If they don't think of an excuse to not repair at all you are waiting way too long for repairs. Then the repairs are actually just a bandaid and the same problems keep occurring just past the 30 day warranty.

I have been trying to cancel a previous bad review that I gave this company. I discovered after I sent it that it was a case of miscommunication on my part as my husband had the proof of confirmation in his email. Angi needs to allow a way to amend or delete a review

Horrible customer service. Don't believe what they tell you. I have been waiting since the middle of February for a check and every time I call it is a different excuse. A month ago a young lady says they were back up but the check should arrive at my home in 3 weeks. I waited a month and called. Then they tell me it wasn't put into the system correctly. A manager got on the phone and said he expedited payment. Today I receive an email telling me to upload documents again from February and I will have to wait another month. When I asked to talk to a manager no one would get on the call. They won't give you anyone to talk to. I just put a message on linkedin to the CEO and 2 other staff members. Let's see if anything happens. I am a Realtor in Miami and they will not receive any future referrals from me.

The doorbell wasn’t working so I called them out to get it fixed and they said as per their contract it doesn’t cover their item. The way their content is set up, there are a lot of things that is not covered.
