Lawn Tool Repair
I ordered parts and had them shipped out. When I tried to install the power cable, I discovered that it was the right kind of part, but the wrong one for my particular model. I contacted them on Thursday, and by Saturday I had a replacement without any kind of shipping charge. They included an envelope to return the wrong part in as well. They provided excellent service and fixed the problem quickly.
