The engine failed just beyond the warranty but they went ahead and put a new engine in without charging me for it. I would highly recommend them.

I arrived prior to my appointment time and my car was taken on in. I had been quoted a price on Hankook Optimo H426 but received Optimo H727 for the same price. This is a better tire with a longer mileage warranty. After about an hour and a half my car was ready and I paid and left.

We have purchased three vehicles from Capital City Hyundai since 2010 and regularly have them serviced at the dealership. They regularly send coupons via email for an oil change for $9.95, and you can't beat that price! Most recently, our college-age daughter had her oil changed while home for the weekend. I was able to schedule the appointment in advance on their website, which was very convenient.
My husband had his car serviced in January 2014, and I had my car serviced in December 2013. With the service on my vehicle, in addition to a standard oil change, the service department also replaced a recalled part. All three of our experiences were excellent. The appointments were easily scheduled by telephone or the dealership's website. The check-in process was fast and without problems. The vehicles were ready when promised, or before. Capital City Hyundai's service department staff is pleasant, courteous, professional, and honest. They take time to explain what they are doing, and they have never tried to sell us additional services we did not request. Their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them.

They are a new dealership. They are the only Hyundai dealer in our area. They will not honor the previous dealership's free oil change for life. That's what stands out the most because I always used to get free oil change from the previous dealer. This dealer doesn't give it for free.
