He would never show up on time and was usually many hours
late. He would come up with excuses and lies to put off showing up to do the
work. Finally, he lied and said he was on the way to pick up my countertop from
the supplier and I had arranged for them to stay after hours to wait for him
and he never showed up. Since then, he has not returned calls or shown up to
complete the work. He has also damaged my new bathtub during the process. In
addition, he was supposed to haul away all the trash and debris (old tiles, old
tub, old toilet and such), but he has not done this either.
