Marconi, the owner, painter, and carpenter was prompt for his appointment. He is very professional, but there was a minor language barrier, but Marconi is such a gracious and patient person that was never an issue. His description of the work that needed to be done in prep was in great detail, He gave us a very reasonable quote for just painting the house. He came back again to discuss paint colors, brands, and quantities at which time he also offered to paint the entire rear porch and pool deck for an additional $350 which was very reasonable. We made the agreement to do the entire house and all porches, porch ceiling, etc.
The work was completed within 3 days of starting the project. The quality is excellent. It looks a new house.
