Terrific, experienced work by someone as fussy as you would be yourself. Prior to the housing collapse, Bill did punch list work for Oyster Bay homes. Since then, he's the go-to guy for a number or investors who turn around homes for rentals or resale. For me, he did a great re-do on a former rental house, including all new fixtures and cabinets, drywall replacement/repair, painting, caulking (he's the Caulk King!), and too much more to list. He does it all himself--no 3rd party assistants. His prices are very reasonable. You will want him on your call list, too.
