The son..Eucivam..worked for my parents and my friends. We recently bought a home and are inexperienced at repairs..so when Eucivam arrived we had a list of little repairs and large list of work to be done. The first day he replaced recessed lightbulbs in the kitchen cathedral ceiling. I was also changing handles on the cabinets and ran into problems with the size screws needed..he gave me a few and used one to test..I was able to complete the job once I got back to Home Depot..he also removed a few glued soap and shampoo holders in the shower..the glue was so over caked that it had been running down the tiles. He removed the items and cleaned off the tile.. We gave him our list and he gave us his price.. He arrived and started building recessed lights in the living room. Then he added a glass backsplash to the all white backsplash that was there..he had to cut the tile and when he discovered he was short one board of tile..he recreated the pattern with the leftover pieces.. He then mounted our large screen TV..but the problem was the mount..it didn't move the screen properly..so my husband and son returned it that night, bought a newer one and the next day Eucivam returned and mounted it. He did a few touch ups and then did us a favor and inspected the attic in the garage. During the home inspection, the previous owner had his car in the garage, denying access to the inspectors. Eucivam checked and relieved us by telling us all was well.. He did have to charge more money for the extra work on the TV mount..we agreed on $50 additional. He was always professional..courteous..versatile..a pleasure to work with!!
