He is negligent. The first day I moved into the house, I took a shower and the bathroom flooded with water from underneath the toilet. I had three different plumbers at my house that asked me did the home inspector not flush a toilet? because if he did, he would have found out that the plumbing was clogged. $492 later, Roto Rooter fixed the clog, that had affected both bathrooms in the house and everytime I flushed a toilet, the bathrooms would flood and the showers would overflow. I contacted Ed via email to request a refund to help me pay for it and his response was I should have contacted him within 14 days via email, but I didn't. In my defense, I was at home with the flu and bronchitis so I did not have access to his information, so my realtors had reached out to him for me, but as that was not per the agreement, he was not sympathetic. He also said that is I wrote a bad review about him that he would go after me for defamatory comments. I'm just stating what happened. The house was vacant when I bought it, so no one clogged the pipes before I moved in as he implied. Also, a back door flew off of the hinges when I opened it because the wood was rotted. Also, the dead bolt on the front door does not fit in the hole. Based on all of these issues. I do not recommend.

Again, he was informative and pointed out items that would require immediate assistance and those that were not emergencies and could wait.
