Backyard Pool Creations Inc

The pool installation went alright, one underground wire was severed and repaired.  The delivery trucks however damaged significant areas of my property and despite more than one request these deep and potentially hazardous ruts have not been rested to something approaching smooth.  The company is too busy to come and examine the defect in the pool they installed and I had to contact Viking pools directly.  So I paid a fortune for a damaged pool and damage to my property and now have to struggle to have these issues resolved

They destroyed the irragation system in our yard. We are still to this day picking up tiles and rebar out of our yard. When they did the installation according to the leak inspector, we have been leaking water since the installtion which can cause a potential sink hole around our home. The company refuses to come out and fix the issue, because we refuse to pay the last portion of our bill until the job is completed. It is leaking over 6 inches of water every other day. They are also using our pool for advertising purposes. It looks beautiful, but it doesnt function.
