Our yard is surrounded on 3 sides with different neighbors. One neighbor used these guys and we had to split the cost.
Their price was so high, that our half of the materials only (we agreed that we wouldn't share any labor costs), came to the same as our cost for materials for BOTH of the other two sides.
So lord knows how high their labor figure is.
We got the back of the fence ("ugly side") which is fine, but there are a number of nails sticking through, where they missed the 2x4s - that wouldn't necessarily be a huge problem, only we have a toddler who is the perfect height, and very curious about the fun looking pointy things sticking out of the fence. So not only is it poor workmanship, lazy, no checking was done, but it's actually dangerous.
So if you hire them for any work, I guess they will make sure your side looks good, but wont bother checking the other side.
For such a high price, I'd expect at least decent workmanship.
I am unable to rate their punctuality and responsiveness because my neighbor hired and dealt with them, not me - so I am just left with the legacy of their shoddy work.
