Avon Plumbing, Inc (Doyle Williams)

Doyle and his staff (Steve has been my guy) are true professionals. I was so pleased with the advice and the service. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Truthfully it was like having your dad or trusted uncle guide you through the experience. The work absolutely exceeded my expectations and everyone was stunned with the result given I did not use a conventional contractor to remodel my kitchen and bath. They stuck to the original estimate keeping me updated along the way on any potential surprises that might cost more for labor, etc., and amazingly at the end came in under the original estimate! I will say the cost above reflects the labor not the cost of the tub/faucets and trim but they helped me get the best deal on the items I wanted and the research I had done showed they did get the best price for me in the end on it all! I had originally had a different company come first to provide an estimate on labor and design ideas. That person did not make me feel comfortable in anyway and I kept feeling like he was giving me the highest price he could come up with, without actually addressing my needs. I knew enough from previous experience from my parents home that I decided to look for another estimate, so I asked the granite company (another great great find) if they had a recommendation. They gave me the name of Doyle and Avon Plumbing. I could not have been more grateful! I know the date of service seems long ago, but it was only my first experience with them and the largest. Since this first time, they have been my go to company, helping with water heater replacements, unexpected leaks, toilet repair and garbage disposal replacement. They are busy and in demand but well worth the wait for routine projects and dependable once scheduled, and have always been available in an emergency situations even returning calls on the holidays. I trust them and will never use anyone else....unless Doyle and Steve retire and then I would have to get to know the new folks before passing judgment :)
