We had a screen built on our Lanai. Riley was very professional and the price was less than other quotes I received with more options. In addition, his timing was great (received a quote one week and he installed the next week -- most others had at an 8 week waiting period). Arm Aluminum was approximately $1000 less to screen in our lanai and his quote included two doors. The installation was complete in a day and the installers were professional. I'd definitely recommend ARM Aluminum!

He was willing to work with us in a difficult situation. He got the permit and always responded when I called him.

Not great. 5 screen panels were replaced instead of 6. There was confusion with the tech that came to do the repairs and not understanding that even though one screen was relatively new, we still wanted it replaced so that all 6 panels were new and matched with the pet screen replacements. He misunderstood the quote and my husband gave him the full 6 panel quote amount, with only 5 panels replaced. I called a few times to the owner and explained the situation. He said he would come back by and never did. We are out $50. That's not good customer service at all!

Signed a contract on 6/13/14 and the work was completed on 9/27/14. Work commenced on 7/26.  This may have been even longer had I not called to inquire as to the status of the job.  The concrete work where the pool enclosure foundation is has visible waves and was not leveled properly.  The cement work was completed four days later on 7/30 and the patio roof and cage work began the following week on 7/31.  When installing the pool enclosure there was thousands of metal shards in and around the pool from where the screws were attached to the aluminum.   The metal work was completed on 8/5 and the soffit, fascia and siding work commenced on 8/6.  At this time I was very pleased expecting that work would be completed by the end of the week.  That was not the case at all.  The contractor showed again a few times and completed portions of the work little by little and finally completed the work on 9/25.  The contractor did not coordinate performance to ensure the soffit and fascia was installed first, as a result there is a 10' section where it could not be installed since there was little clearance to install after the contractor installed the new patio roof.  Additionally, the contractor used my trash cans to discard all the excess siding material.

Great job. A few hours late but called to say so. Great price, and done with short notice.
