He was supposed to be a licensed construction worker. He missed about 1" of paint top on the walls in my dinning area. Some of the baseboards he didn't do; he also didn't do the bathroom. He painted over the hinges on the cabinets and didn't paint the inside of the doors. With the wall by the refrigerator he painted around fridge without moving it. I am taking him to small claims for this mess he left me.
