My garage door was loud when going up and down. The tech come out and
tighten some areas and lubricated areas. The door sounds great. Very
polite person.

Quick same day service, they arrived within 45 minutes of my call.  Would recommend them without hesitation.  We will be using them again in the future for our home and business.

Not well. I would never use them again, not even for warrenty work. T here is an attitude problem here , especially if they have to come back when there is a problem.

I am hard of hearing and I understood the serviceman to say that the springs were $249.00 per pair. I said go ahead and install them he was very quick to do so and was good at the insulation of them. When he wrote up the Bill he charged $249.00 for each spring when I asked about the price charge he stated that I misunderstood the quote. I think he seen that I was hard of hearing and desided to double the price after  the job was done. I don't want this to happen to someone else. Will never use again or reckomend to anyone.

It was great. They were prompt during the quote process. They were easy to make an appointment with. The service tech showed up and told me when he would show up. He called to make sure everything was okay. He came and did the job. He tested everything before he left to make sure everything was in good operating order. He cleaned up his mess before he left. It was pretty simple and pretty easy.
