Moving
They chipped some of our furniture while moving them. The denied that the chips were their fault although the wood looked freshly splintered. We were at the new house and saw them drop a drawer from one of our pieces of furniture, the brass poles on it were broken. I had to contact the furniture manufacturer and purchase replacement parts, Achilles told me they would compensate this purchase. I was told that one of their employees was going to bring a check to my home to cover the expenses to fix the furniture, no one ever showed up. Achilles Services was recommended by an employee of a furniture retailer and have now let that retailer know about this experience as well.
