411 Kitchen Cabinets & Granite of West Palm Beach

The installer did a pretty good. The kitchen cabinets were Chinese cabinets, so were trying to go on the cheap. The owner of the shop, Juan, did okay. We had some words back and forth about some of the stuff and something wasn’t getting done. I held payment on some molding and he took the payment out of the contractor/installer. When it was all said and done, the installer was a little upset about the owner and the owner was upset with the installer. I don’t think they work together anymore. In the end, it looked good. The Chinese cabinets were okay. The inside was not perfect. Even the installer said that the American ones are better. We got what we paid for. I thought it was pretty good. There was one piece that was lacking. He gave us a piece and it wasn’t really the correct piece. We put it on there. We were supposed to get the replacement. We never had the replacement. Then I took a job outside the state, so we couldn’t follow-up. It was kind of tough. It looked really good. I'm not going to complain. I probably would not go back to him. It's a small organization. They were fairly new to the industry. He used to work in the industry but not he has his own business. I'm certainly not complaining. He was accommodating. I have nothing really bad to say.
