The Monte Davis Team

I definitely think they are good people and they know what they are doing. We talk from time to time because the house that they are trying to sell for me has not yet been sold. We talk about different projects of the house and things of that nature. She is doing her best in trying to promote the property and attract prospective buyers with her advertising, promotions, and open houses; we never know when that right person comes along that want to but it. She is very professional and knows the market area and properties well because she lives in the neighborhood where my house is located down there. She is busy and things are happening; we just do not have an offer yet. She is doing everything that I can think of that she ought to do and she does communicate well back to me; that is an A quality job in my book. She is responsive; we talk about things that she can help get done and she is good to call in maintenance people or contractors to fix something here or there. She does what she says she is going to do and quite honestly, things seem to move slower and take longer in Florida but I think she is part of the culture.

The process is described above.
It took several hours and the tone was very professional and pleasant.
