Asphalt Driveway Service
The overall job was done and the big cracks were repaired. However there were several smaller cracks that were supposed to be fixed after they did the work. She said that she would fix them and some of them were fixed but there were two of them left that they never even bothered to fix. She won't respond to my call and I am very upset with this company. I think they could have been more responsive and just finished the work correctly since I paid the money. I had recommended them to other family and friends but they won't be using her now because of my situation and the lack of quality from them.

Exterior Painting
THERE ARE SEVERAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB THAT WERE NOT COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. THE COLORS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE GREY, WHITE AND BLUE, INSTEAD THEY WERE GREY, WHITE AND BLACK. ANOTHER THING THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT, WAS THAT THE CRACKS IN THE DRIVEWAY WERE TO HAVE BEEN REPAIRED AND THEY WERE NOT. THE GOLF CART PAD WAS TO ALSO HAVE BEEN REPAIRED, SHE MADE A NOTE OF THIS AND IT WAS NOT REPAIRED. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH HER IN REGARDS TO THE WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION, AND SHE HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN HER THE MONEY FOR A JOB THAT IS IN ESSENCE NOT DONE.

"I'm sorry the homeowner is unhappy. I explained from the beginning that they needed to strip the driveway and resurface, if they wished to cover all cracks. They didn't wish to do this. I tried to talk them out of spot crack repair, there being no guarantee, having no idea what product was already on this old driveway. They inspected the job when it was complete, and the colors were hers. They were happy."
