Massey Roofing

I'm very pleased and the roof looks amazing. The issue with Massey Roofing is they're really busy and your date might be pushed back months from the time you were told without any communication. It also might be wise to pay with a cashiers check than a personal check. It's been over a month and my check still hasn't been cashed.

They did a great job on my roof. TY quoted me an estimate after hurricane Matthew and I chose a different company. Then after Irma (my roof was only 4 months old) my roof needed replaced again because the other company put it on Incorrectly. TY came out again and quoted me again for my roof. I told him what happened and how old my roof was. He was professional and honest. I won't think about referring anyone else to my customers for their roofing needs.

Just fine... Although it took awhile for the roof, due to weather and very busy after Irma...the Tarp was put on next day and stopped any add'l water damage... Job was for a 3-bedroom house plus a two-car garage.. Jessica and everyone else were friendly and efficient and I'd use them again without hesitation..a Hearty Recommendation!! ;-)

I can highly recommend your Company!! From start to finish, I was impressed with Ty, who was NOT a salesman, but a 'roofer,' and he gave me an excellent price for a complete new roof. He even honored that price later, after I explained that I had run into some unexpected expenses, that delayed my ability to get my finances together, for the roof. Upon inspection of the finished work, I was pleased to hear the Inspectors' comments about what a fine job Massey Roofing had done!! My City is very careful about who they allow to do work in our area. They passed with flying colors. The workers were polite, hard working, and were excellent at leaving the property in good shape. I give Massey Roofing a FULL FIVE STARS.

Ty at Massey was very helpful. He was out the following day after the hurricane to tarp my roof. He also assisted me through the insurance claims process. Ty called after each rain storm to make sure my tarp was still doing well. When I called him and told him I had received a letter that my tarp had to be off in a week, he got it done and it hasn't leaked. Even since the repair Ty has called to check and make sure everything is still going well with the repair. I was very satisfied. Massey Builder/Roofing has wonderful customer service and top of the line workmaship. You can't even tell where they repaired my roof.
