Bug Man Pest Control

Bug Man was a great lawn service, 11 years ago when we hired them. This year the service has gone way down hill. Tech not showing up when supposed to, only spending 10 to 15 minutes servicing my lawn, while supposedly treating our 1/2 acre. Calls to the office, just sent the same tech out, if he showed up. For 2 months we have been trying to get someone out to look at our lawn. Today my husband called and spoke to the service manager and I've never heard of such terrible customer service. Not once did he say, I'm sorry, lets see what we can do to solve the problem, had nothing to say about the tech only spending 10 to 15 minutes servicing our lawn. My husband asked if he would come out and see our lawn and he would not reply. Save yourself some money and headache and hire another lawn service.

Mr. James Torrance, the hands on owner of Bug Man Pest Control came and thoroughly surveyed our property.. After he looked over the property he sat down with us and explained the current situation.. His explanation of the current conditions was clear. James then gave us a planned program to bring back the lawn, shrubs and flowering plants. The work would be done on a regular basis. Initial step was the sodding. James and Mike, the man who would be regularly servicing our home did the initial work. Bug Man Pest Control has provided regular ongoing service and we are delighted with the quality and professionalism. Our personal professional service provider, Mike has done outstanding and greatly appreciated quality work over the past six months.

This was the first time I used this company, and I must say I was so pleased with the immediate results, I am considering signing a yearly contract with them. They were on time and apparently did everything correctly, because we have seen no pests since they were here. I recommend their services.

They supply legal proof pesticides. The products they supply I use myself. They have qualified people and know what they talk about. Anything I have purchased from them I have been very happy with. Linda has been very helpful. She calls other technicians to help her when she is not sure about something. Some of the products are expensive but it gets the job done. I can't remember what I spend that last time.

THEY CAME PRETTY REGULARLY AND DID AS FAR AS I CAN TELL WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THE MAN WAS ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND ASKED IF WE HAD ANY SPECIFIC PROBLEMS THAT WE THOUGHT NEEDED ADDRESSING. HE WAS FRIENDLY. WHEN WE DID NOTICE SOMETHING BETWEEN TIMES WE WOULD CALL HIM, AND HE WOULD COME AND TREAT IT. I FELT THEY OVERLOOKED SOME CORNERS IN THEIR WEED TREATMENT, AND THAT WAS WHAT MY HUSBAND WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT.
