Our AC went out in the evening. I took a chance and called Bob's at 7:00PM, and to my surprise a person answered the phone. I gave them my problem and was told someone would call me in the morning. A technician, Jessie, was at my house by 8:30AM, spotted the problem right away and fixed it. My AC was up and running by 9:00AM. Amazing service!!! P.S. I'm the second owner of the AC that Bob's installed back in 2018. Jessie told me the warranty is still valid for me until 2028. Jessie was professional, friendly, and informative. Thank you, Jessie and wBob's AC and Regrigeration.
