I had Stanley Steamer come out approx 2 months ago to clean the carpets in 2 bedrooms. The Master room carpet was very stained. They were in my house for about 20 minutes and were done. In my opinion 20 minutes for two bedrooms is less than thorough. I paid them a little over $100. As the carpet dried I could see that they had not gotten any of the staining up. Last week I had Trinity Carpet Care come out to just do the Master room carpet. I showed him the staining he pointed out 2 that he knew would not come out but said he was pretty sure he could get the rest. It has now been 4 days and the carpet is totally dry and only the 2 we knew would not come out can be seen!!! He did a GREAT job. There was a minimum of $72 and it could have included another bedroom, I just only wanted one room done. Well worth the money!
