Took much longer than expected but the workmanship is outstanding. Highly skilled professionals in all facets from dry wall to cabinets to ceramic tile flooring to electrical and plumbing. I am well pleased.

After tropical storm Eta, we had water coming in along the baseboards of one side of the house, resulting in a strip of wet carpet and drywall. I called Shipman Restoration for help, and Guy was fantastic. He took the time to understand the situation and make recommendations for us to follow to avoid similar problems in the future, then worked with his team to remove and repair the water damage. It is worth noting that, for the initial visit and free estimate, Guy inspected the damaged part of the house with a FLIR camera which readily indicated which parts of the drywall needed attention (a competing company wanted $450 just for a similar kind of initial inspection). Additionally, Guy took the time to measure for excess moisture with two other professional tools (a surface sensor and a wall probe) to see if there were other problematic areas in the house, and he even took the time to walk the entire exterior of the house with me to make recommendations of things I should do to avoid similar damage in the future. Guy takes the time to listen, is careful and thorough, and is committed to providing excellent, professional service. I could not recommend Shipman Restoration higher to anyone needing help with unexpected property damage.

I hired them to get nicotine smoke smell out of my house. They used their ozone machine. It did wonders and now my home is smoke smell and odor free! Thank you again Guy!
