The technician, Tyler, was prompt, personable, diagnosed and began remediation of the problem the same day. Part of the treatment is to return several times to make sure the varmints are gone before sealing up all accessible points. I am still into a week of his remediation efforts which have been expert and effective. I called 3 companies at 4 p.m. on Friday and they were the only ones who returned by call! The rest called me back on noon, Monday. Tyler has been going above and beyond what I expected of the service. I'd recommend Holmnerg and him to anyone! They rock!

Tyler showed up on time every time and was very thorough in his work.

Our technician is very professional and knows what he's doing. We unfortunately had rats getting in our attic. After 10 days we feel a lot safer. He explained each step to trapping them and sealing up the points they were getting in. Also prevention so we don't have this happen again! They came out every other day at first to check the traps. I never had to see or touch anything.

Really liked Tyler a lot. I have only talked to Josh over the phone, but he seems very good at what he does. They have not completed the project. Will update quality of work then.

Excellent service. They removed some baby opossums from our attic and are taking care of them until they are old enough to be released into the wild. They really care about their profession.
