Pro Wildlife Removal

Please be aware of this company. They charged me $2,200 (which sounded like alot) to remove an alleged squirrel in attic and ended up not catching anything which we assumed it escaped back out of attic. My problem is $1,200 of that was to seal up the roof soffits and they ended up screwing a bunch of cheep poorly fitted aluminum to my roof. When I reached out to their office multiple times with my problem so I can speak to the owner, he never got back to me. I wish I never hired them and feel like I was ripped off.

You can trust this company to do exactly what they promise. Their service is beyond compare. They keep working until the job is finished no matter how long it takes. I would use them again and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Steve for excellent service.

Steve was excellent - on time and customer oriented.

Chris was friendly and prompt. After making sure our home was free of "unwanted guests," Chris set a trap with the appropriate "snacks." He was respectful to both my husband and I as well as the trapped raccoon. A fresh trap was set to be sure the raccoon didn't have any other raccoon friends to follow!

Steve was the technician that took care of my problem. I had birds building nests on either side of my front door. Last year the birds did extensive damage and i had to have the area repaired with all new stucco which was costly. This season the birds returned to a different are on both sides of on both sides of the door so I called Pro Wildlife Removal to help. They did an excellent job but the birds found a small spot to get into and I had to call Steve back out. He returned with an hour of my call and fixed the areas in question. I knew then that I had called the correct company to do this job. I highly recommend this company. Job well done and I thank you.

If you want an honest, reliable, and trustworthy company contact Pro Wildlife Removal . The first company I hired, Suncoast, showed up on first day four hours late. Never called, never informed office to notify me that he would be late. And he never showed up at all for any other appointments after the second one. When he did show up at second appointment (late) he did an awful job of screening the open spaces to attic and not covering half the holes where rats can get in. On top of that he didn’t even finish the job. Tried to talk to office with no help. I luckily paid him only half for the job. I’m on disability and I was so very lucky to speak with Josh from Pro Wildlife Removal about the situation that the other company put me in that he willingly did not charge me the full amount to correct all the errors the other company made. He also finished the job correctly. Josh has also been very helpful when a situation came up about making my monthly payment on time when my medical situation got worse. I was so pleased with Josh and his support team. Very professional and understanding. You can’t go wrong with Pro Wildlife Removal. P.S. Stay away from Suncoast Pest. Not an honest company.

Price was comparable to others although more than I expected. Very professional.

Very knowledgeable. Critters were removed immediately and have remained gone. It has been more than 6 months and I am still critter free ( a small feat since they love to hang out under my manufactured home).

READ THIS if you are considering using Pro Wildlife Removal. I do not even know where to start, but this company/business...whatever you want to call it, is a scam. They will charge you for services that they will claim they completed, but have not and will refuse to reimburse you for services that have already been rendered by another company prior. The only way to prove this is through before and after photos of the areas they assert need to be serviced. Most of us would not even consider taking before and after photos especially for a company that claims to have all 5-star ratings. Fortunately for myself, I was a new homeowner and had a recent home inspection conducted with photo evidence. Having photographic proof you might be able to prove these claims to be false. I was initially quoted over $1200 for the work they said needed to be completed, I declined the smoke test and antimicrobial treatment and ended up paying $599 for trapping and removal for 10-14 days and covering/treating the ridge ven pipe stacks and & AC chase. The service technician did come out several times, but aside from sticking some traps in the attic the remainder of the work was already done... or never completed. When I made this realization, I brought it to the attention of the primary owner of the company, Josh Holmberg. Josh said he would come out to my house to take a look. Still claiming that most works were done by his technician, he offered to finish the remainder of the unfinished services himself. I declined. I showed him photo evidence of the areas that were to be serviced both before and after being serviced by his technician and that is when things started getting ugly. Josh began arguing and was very adamant about going on the roof to perform the work himself. After declining again and requesting reimbursement for the work that was not done by Pro Wildlife, he refused and stated that even him taking the time to come out to look things over was costing the company money. It was not until I brought it to his attention that, this is most likely not the first time this has happened, and that others are probably also paying for their services that are not be treated efficiently. He told me he wanted to be done with us forever and that he was leaving and to look for a $100 check in the mail. I bet you can guess what never came. Warning others out there to look past the 5-star ratings because those too, are probably falsified.
