Great service and on time as we had discussed. The service person (Stan or Sam) was great and very clean. He explained everything to my wife and she was pleased, so I was pleased.

RATS IN THE ATTIC Getting rid of these little critters is not as easy as I thought. This company had a 3 part program and followed it exactly as described. We were informed, appointments were kept and the professionalism was exemplary.

Dylan called the same day I requested the information and offered to come that day to look at my problem. When I had him come, he identified all the open areas into my house, placed traps and set up to come back in two days to check the traps. When he came back, he closed all the open areas, disposed of the rat caught in the trap. He came back a few days later to check the traps again and then treated the attic for the rat droppings. So far, no more rats. I thought the cost was a little high but I shouldn't get any more animals in my house.

Josh called and came the same day as request. He found and identified the furry culprit and set up a humane trap that was changed out and checked every couple days. Cost was very reasonable and the company was easy to communicate with on updates. Highly recommend

Very fast, very friends, would highly recommend for any animal needs

We had a small animal enter through our dryer vent and the odor was terrible. Didn't know who to call for help, but went online and found Pro Wildlife. They called back within minutes and said they could help and could come the next morning. Josh arrived on time and in about an hour, he had the situation under control. So professional, cleaned up the opossum, and the dryer and sanitized and put everything back the way it was. Was so happy with how professional this company and Josh was, hope I don't need them again, but I would not hesitate calling them. Thank you for a job well done!

They caught all our known raccoons on our two acre wooded property. Finally the mother and two adolescents are out of our attic so we can finally put away our Christmas tree!!! What a pleasure!

Very quick to respond, friendly, courteous, and professional. Tyler is our technician, he took the time to explain our problem and answer all of our questions. He has done a great job and we do recommend this company. I do feel the price for our service is a little on the high side, but we are overall very pleased.

great service for a fair price

Prompt service, true to their word, problem solved. Tyler was our initial contact arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Josh and Tyler made numerous visits removed a fruit tree that contributed to my critter issue and all is well. I can t thank them enough. On one of their visit I asked them to investigate a bad smell across the street from me at my parents home. Yuck they found the smell, removed a dead possum from under their house that was stuck up in the insulation. Next day smell was gone. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a critter problem! They are absolutely worth it!
