They did a good job showing and checking in a daily basis for catch. One thing they didn't do is to inform me about the results, i had to call them.

Josh responded within 30 minutes and came to our home and did an inspection . He went to the crux of the problem and removed and sanitized area within 20 minutes and returned 3 days later sealed the areas that were open and will return one more time late this week to check to see that all has been remedied. He was professional, intelligent and polite.

I emailed him the picture of the snake and I talked him in the morning and he identified the snake and said it is common non poisonous snake and I do not need to worry about. Honest and great advice for a new person who moved to Florida.

They promptly responded after my phone contact. They began the process of baiting, trapping and removal of possums and raccoons, then began a series of methods to remove the flea/bug infestation that had built up over time. I have waited to be sure that the pests are gone before posting this report. Their service is on-going, just in case. I definitely recommend Josh and Steve. They re-enforced the skirting and screening where needed. Their work was well-done and quickly finished.
