Complete Care Systems is a family owned and operated business. We are licensed and insured which can be verified through asktheseal.com. We use products that are environmentally friendly. We offer two types of carpet and upholstery cleaning. Our low moisture encapsulation system dries your carpets in 2-3 hours. Our steam cleaning dries in about 8 hours. Both systems are effective to clean your carpets and upholstery. You will never need to worry about your children and pets being around our products. Your 100% satisfaction is our main priority. We work around your schedule. Please call during business hours and we can make your appointment early in the morning or into the evening. Joe is very professional, knowledgeable and excellent in service. He came on time, and explained everything about what he is going to do. He cleaned inside the dryer first, duct attached to dryer and on the roof too. Highly recommended.

From first phone contact with Tricia through completion of the cleaning by Joe all went smoothly. I appreciate this family-owned, green cleaning company and am a repeat customer (3rd time). Tricia is so personable and professional. Setting up a convenient appointment was easy. Joe is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived within the time agreed and was finished within two hours. We had moved a few pieces of furniture and small items poor to his arrival. He moved other furniture pieces on his own. HIs use of hydrogen peroxide as a cleaning product is much appreciated. The clean smell of citrus was even nicer. The carpeting and rug were completely dry within 3 hours and we were able to place our furniture and small items back down that evening (probably could have done so sooner but we were being extra cautious). We will, definitely, use their services in the future.

Wonderful - They even helped in moving some of the furniture around. You could notice the clean smell. I was surprised how much dog hair came out even though I have a pet vacuum.

Terrible! Care was not taken to adequately clean high traffic areas. We sent pics the next day after things had dried out and the rep on the phone offered to send the man back again after seeing all the blackish dirt on a white washcloth. He came back and begrudingly re did two very small areas, making excuses the whole time. Still looked horrible so re did ourselves. We were shocked to see what came up. We wasted $180.00 using this company.

Joe did an excellent job, was very professional, arrived on time as scheduled, explained all the details. My floors look fantastic. My husband says they look brand new just like the day they were installed. Also, there was no chemical smells or fumes, which is great as my husband has asthma. From speaking to his wife on the phone making the appointment, to having the work completed,  the entire experience was wonderful and stress free.  He called and asked if he could be at the house earlier,(which made life so much easier). 
He explained everything that he was doing from cleaning the floor to the final stage of sealing the grout.  Even offered some nice cleaning tips to keeping it looking its best.

The floor practically looks new. 

Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend the company!!!  The price was hands down the best!!
