The seller on the property we were looking at lived out of state, we negotiated the sale over the phone. We were able to get the price we wanted AND we closed within 2 weeks. Brenda got the ball rolling, took responsibility to get it all done quickly and with top notch services.
She took on the responsibilities of two realtors and had to keep all parties on their toes (listing agent, title company, and loan guy). I'll explain: Brenda was with us during the inspections on the home as well as for the final walk-through, simple things that were only complicated by the listing agent's inability to secure a way for us to enter (no key? really?) as well as the listing agent's unwillingness to participate in these basic events. Kudos to Brenda for gracefully getting us through to closing! Other issues included paperwork for closing that was not ordered in a timely fashion by the title company, so a new closing date had to be set which meant a new loan package had to be completed. I'm certain that Brenda spent a far above average amount of time speaking with the listing agent and title company and loan guy to get us into our home. I'm not sure anyone else would have pulled it off so well.
we purchased our new home on March 18, 2011. We were
under contract negotiations November 2010 to about two weeks prior to
closing. The sellers bank was incredibly demanding and caused many delays
of the transaction. Our agent, Brenda worked diligently to keep things
moving forward thru her negotiations and constant follow up. Now we own our
dream home which made the length of our process all worth it in the end
