Wooten's Well Drilling & Septic Tank Installation

They came out very quickly for our septic pumping (2 times in 7 months). However, when asked to come out and give a quote for drain field we had to call several times. They did come out and look at the property again but have not heard back with a quote and that was 3 weeks ago. Will be getting quotes from other companies instead.

I am a real estate agent and have used Wooten's several times for well and septic tank inspections for financing requirements.  They have always been good with scheduling and getting the work performed in a timely manner.  Their pricing is excellent as well.

I had requested my appt for that day at 9:30 which was supposed to be the first appt. I called their office at 10 am asking where they where. They had decided to do another job prior to mine and never called. As I was on a tight time schedule this did cause me to have problems.  They did come later that day and pump out the septic tank and did a good job. They brought plenty of extra hose so they didn't have to drive on my grass, which was excellent.  I had also requested an estimate for replacing my drain field. The owner confirmed that I did need to have it replaced and told me he would email me an estimate. I have not heard back from him at all and its been over a week.. very disappointed that i have not gotten my estimate..I have decided to use a different company for the drain field replacement.

It was determined that two of the pumps were bad. He replaced one and gave estimates for the second pump and other work that will need to be done.

We have been having some septic problems due to needing a new leach field. After a night and morning of rain, the toilet didn't flush right. I knew the tank was full and needed to be pumped. This company was recommended by my next door neighbor. I saw that they were on Angie's list and gave them a call. The call was initiated sometime around noon and I was told that a technician might be available that day, but if not, then tomorrow morning. Fifteen minutes later they called back to say that someone would be out between two and four. Danny arrived promptly at two and after getting the low down set right to work. He was very pleasant and professional and didn't even seem to mind that our two year old "supervised" the job! He was very thorough with all of mine and my wife's questions. He gave us a hip pocket estimate for a new leach field and wrote down information on the receipt that would be needed when the time comes to get a permit (information that would otherwise cause another pumping to find out). I feel that he did an excellent job and along with the pleasant phone answerer this company seems to know what customer service is all about.

First of all, the tech laid out the possible problems, but cautioned us not to think the worst until he'd had a chance to determine what was wrong.   I felt confident that he knew exactly what to look for, and what to do.  He was very thorough in his examination when pumping down of the tank.  He seemed sincerely happy to let us know that our situation was not as dire as we'd feared.  It reduced our stress level instantly.   I highly recommend ALBERT WOOTEN WELL DRILLING/SEPTIC SERVICE.

Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable. Went right to work. Handled everything. Wonderfully cleaned up. I will use them again.
