Suwannee Valley Gutter Gurus

Received quote 6/1/23 Approved quote 6/8/23 Scheduled to start 6/19/23 & was told it would be a 3 day job. â  On the week prior to July 4th they told us a lift was needed (not originally quoted) but they did not charge us for this so I guess thatâ  s good. â  Came back on 7/7/23 to resume only to figure out the lift was not long enough so work ceased. â  Ordered a larger lift that also did not reach far enough. â  Finally â  finishedâ  on 7/17/23 when they brought scaffolding. â  On 7/24/23 Sent owner a text with photos & video of a leak. Told him that an extension ladder would be needed to reach it. â  Sent crew on 8/3/23 without extension ladder so they could not fix it. â  Next to zero communication from company unless we reached out after days/weeks without any update on completion. â  3 day job is now at 57 days and counting. â  We paid invoice of 13k on 7/19/23 under the impression all work was completed as that is what they told us. â  Today is 8/15/23 and the leak has still not been fixed and also we discovered that not all of the 100â  of the leaf guard we paid for was actually installed.

The work was done quickly and efficiently by local guys. The gutter looks and performs well.

They were willing to do this small job that others did not want to undertake, and they did it timely and very well. We appreciate their service.

Nice guys, on time and good job

On the surface, the gutters looked good. Soffet damage (minor) was later noticed. Otherwise installation was good and the guys were accommodating, Damage was due, i think, because they seemed to be in a hurry to get the job done and get home.

Very knowledgeable and personable. Job done in a timely manner.
