The job took longer than originally estimated, as there were days when little or no work was completed. There was tile work that had to be redone as the work was not satisfactory. I never really knew what was happening on any given day, as contractors scheduled showed up unexpectedly or were rescheduled. Overall the work was not very organized or planned out. The job was completed and the results are fine, however there are small discrepancies, and I had to spend a few days completing finishing touches and small details left undone that I believe should have been completed with the job. Overall, Thomas was nice and easy to deal with, but when a problem with the work came up or I didn't agree with the quality of the work, he was defensive and condescending about the work before having it fixed. Also, I didn't feel he was overly knowledgeable about all products available and relied heavily on his subcontractors, instead of being more involved himself. I believe Thomas can get the job done if you want to remodel, but I think his organizational priorities, punctuality and knowledge about home products and services could be greatly improved on.

Very well.The three workers did an excellent job, cleaned up after completing the work. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The owner worked with me on pricing and we worked out a fair price for the job, and materials. He allowed me to purchase the materials which saved me some money because of Home Depots discount and 12mth same as cash policy.I will definitly will use his company again.

Thomas did a great job keeping us informed as to what was being done when. When we called him, he always responded to our call. We have NO horror stories to tell. I would HIGHLY recommend this contractor. The subs he uses are also fantastic.

My experience with Cornerstone was great. The workers arrived on time and the patio looks fantastic. Thomas went above and beyond his original estimate to include the regrading around the pad to address drainage issues that I had been having in my backyard for a number of years. Thomas also gave me competitively priced estimates for additional remodeling work which I am planning on having done in the near future. I would highly recommend using Cornerstone for any of the home remodeling or building projects you may have.
