Workers did not show up when they said they would. Always an excuse for being late.
The demolition of termite damage was done well.
Stud replacement and wood work was fine.
New shower valves were installed..very nice.
Sheet rock installation was good.
The area was cleaned well at the end of each day.
The prep work for tile was done well.
The actual tile work was given to another worker. The wall tile was completed (slowly) in a very professional manner. The wall tiles look very good.
The floor basin was mudded twice to get the correct height for the drain. When the floor tiles were laid the drain was still not at the right level. The drain was reworked again with no success.
The contractor took over the effort from the tile man and finally corrected the drain issue. The final result is acceptable but not the best. The drain drops down in the center of the shower floor. It is not a smooth drop from the wall sides. It is acceptable but not as smooth as the original floor drain system.
Overall an average rating for the entire job.
