This company did a wonderful job treating our lawn for several years. Tru Green came and offered me a lower price and I switched to them, which was a big mistake. After a year of dealing with them, I tried to switch back to Ship Shape because they'd always done a wonderful job in the past. Unfortunately after leaving numerous messages reminding them who I was, giving them my address, and asking for a return call...I never heard back. Either they were too busy to care or maybe they were holding a grudge. Either way, I felt it was very unprofessional. And that's a shame because they used to provide good work for me.

Although you usually do have to leave a message when contacting them, Ship Shape has always been very responsive returning calls. I do not hesitate to recommend Ship Shape Lawn and Shrub Service.
